Account Lookup Process
Search an account
Enter a Roblox user ID, username, profile link, Discord ID, or Discord username.
Database check
RoGuard checks for scammer entries, staff flags, impersonator warnings, pending reviews, and verified links.
Status returned
The result shows the current RoGuard status. Clean means no record was found, not guaranteed safety.
Trade safer
Use the result alongside common sense, proof checks, and trusted middlemen.
Report Review Process
Gather proof
Collect screenshots, videos, trade logs, payment proof, and any relevant messages.
Submit report
Use the extension or Discord report flow and explain what happened clearly.
Pending review
The report is visible as pending while staff review the evidence.
Staff decision
Accepted reports mark the target as a scammer. Denied reports close without a public scammer entry.
Verification
Run verification in Discord, enter your Roblox details, place the generated code in your Roblox profile description, and confirm ownership through the bot.
Valid Evidence
Strong reports include full screenshots, clear trade/payment context, timestamps, usernames, and unedited proof.
Disputes
If a listing is incorrect, open a Discord ticket and provide context so staff can review the case.
