Linking your Discord and Roblox accounts proves you own both. Here's exactly how to do it.
Open the RoGuard Discord server and use the /verify slash command in the verification channel.
The bot will prompt you to enter your Roblox username, user ID, or profile link. Enter the exact details of the account you want to link.
The bot generates a unique verification code just for you. This code is temporary and tied to your Discord session.
Go to your Roblox account settings and paste the code exactly as given into your profile description. Do not add any extra text or spaces.
Return to Discord and confirm. The bot will check your profile description. The code must match exactly — including capitalisation.
Once matched, the bot assigns you the Verified role and updates your Discord nickname to your Roblox username. You can remove the code from your description after verification is complete.
Only the real owner of a Roblox account can edit its profile description. By placing a bot-generated code there, you prove that you control the account — without ever sharing your password or any sensitive login information.
Reports are the foundation of our database. Here's how to submit one that our staff can actually act on.
Before reporting, collect all available proof. This includes screenshots of chats, trade history, payment confirmations, video clips, or any relevant communication. The stronger your evidence, the faster the review.
Use the report command or channel in our Discord server. You'll be asked for the scammer's Roblox user ID, username, a description of what happened, and a link to your proof.
Describe the incident factually and specifically. Include what was promised, what actually happened, amounts involved, and any relevant dates or times. Avoid assumptions — stick to what you can prove.
Upload screenshots to a reliable host such as Imgur or a cloud drive and include the link. Discord screenshots are accepted. Do not submit blurry or cropped images that hide key details.
Once submitted, the report is immediately visible in the pending review list. Staff will review it as soon as possible. You may be contacted for additional information.
If accepted: the user is added to the scammer database. If denied: the report is closed and no record is created. False or low-quality reports may be discarded without notice.

Scammer records and pending review entries are visible to all users of the platform. This is intentional — transparency is core to our trust and safety mission. The information shown publicly is limited to what is necessary to identify an account (username, user ID, status, reason, and date).
Scammer records remain in the database until a successful dispute is resolved through our staff. Pending review entries are removed when a report is closed. Verified account links persist until a user requests removal.
If you believe your account has been listed incorrectly, or you would like to request removal of your data, please open a dispute ticket in our Discord server. Our staff will review your case and respond accordingly. We do not guarantee removal in all cases — confirmed scammer records require compelling counter-evidence to remove.
RoGuard uses the Roblox public API to retrieve usernames and profile information. We do not share your data with any third-party services beyond what is required for the platform to function. Discord is used as our community platform and is governed by its own privacy policy.
